“It could be worse” but it could be so much better. These are people’s HOMES and management doesn’t seem to grasp that concept. The boiler has been broken for 3 days - which means no hot water for the entire building. It took them until this morning to come up with a “solution” which was to open up a unit at a different complex and have people “sign up” for 30 minute slots to shower. To start this off don't be fooled by all the five star reviews as SOME (keyword) of them come from people who work for/or have worked for the apartments (usually the ones that have five stars and no written review). Reasons for my 1 star: •When I first arrived at my apartment, there was a massive roach on the floor. I thought it was dead, but it was alive. Killed several of them during my stay. As a new tenant, I’ve had such a positive experience so far! Everyone has been incredibly helpful and welcoming, which made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. I absolutely love the original hardwood floors—they give the space so much charm and character. The building itself has a unique personality that you just don’t find in newer places. I’m really happy to call this place home!

I saw that my review didn’t post or was taken down. This happened 4 years ago and remains one of the few truly negative experiences I have had with any company, so I feel need to make sure I share my point of view. The Lee had terrible Wifi which was slow and cut out in the middle of my zoom meetings. The Wifi issue cost me greatly when i was on a zoom call with a client and it stopped for 15 minutes. I toured The Lee today with the lovely Toya! This will be my first apartment, and Toya was very informative and genuine. It seems to be affordable and in a great location. I love the charm and personality to every room. Thank you Toya for the amazing impromptu tour!
