Id like to give kudos to lee ann! She went above and beyond helping me with my space. From the listing preparing and taking care of all the research contracts! All the stuff normal folks like me have no clue about until it comes time to make life changing decisions like buying and selling you home/ land/space. Her price is very fair, perhaps even under priced for all the effort and personal attention i received!

Great customer service! Lee Ann was responsive every time we called. The staging was done well & a good fit for the location. She held many open houses to get potential clients in the door. HOA’s are difficult at best to market & publicize & LeexAnn did her best to get our property out there for people to see.
