Had a problem after hours with my heater not coming on, called Lee Air Services and for a small after hour fee came out Sunday morning. Found my filter was dirty and my furnace igniter was also dirty. The tech change my filter that I provided and cleaned the furnace igniter. He told me about the service maintenance agreement program that would have prevented this from happening. My tech Marcus was great and informative. Not the cheapest but I will use them again most like sign up for the agreement with the filter change ... read more
Received an incorrect diagnosis of my AC system from this company. They replaced a part but the unit still did not work properly. Phone customer service was horrible and was unable to resolve matter with them. Rude manager onsite.
