Summary - 3 years in: Lee's people are professional and responsive. The Carrier heat pump + furnace has proved to be a lemon. When it works it's great, but it breaks down far too often. In 2022, Lee's folks were professional about installing my Carrier heat pump. I received three quotes and Lee offered the most value for price. Since the install they had to come back out several times in the 1st year of the system, but they were quick to get to me and make the issues right. I can't recommend Lee Air enough. We have had them out a few times over the years, and most recently Matt came to take a look at our unit. He was professional, thorough and honest. They also do not try to upsell like other companies, they just want to take care of you as a customer, and provide great service. If you are in Durham, this is a company you want to support.

Absolutely fabulous job. I called Lee Air for a quote on installing AC in a new unit we leased. Joe Lee was out the same day and immediately had a system in mind that would fit our limited budget. The lead install tech Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in his work.
