WHY WAS MY REVIEW REMOVED??? Called them for an estimate for a new system. Was told though my system was old, they could "give it a real good tune up" and have NV Power pay for part of it with their program. Instead of replacing I spend around 600 on the "tune up." It broke after that, costing around $400 more, and broke again less than 2 weeks later and I was told that the system needed to be replaced? Duh?? We were part of the NV Energy PowerShift Program -where they use contracted/licensed technicians to come to your home for AC/Heating and Duct maintenance to keep down energy costs. They came out and did the work 9/13/17. Last week when I turned on my AC unit it blew regular air. It wasn't cooling. Called an HVAC company to come out and check what's going on. I had to leave about the time they came in, but my wife said they were very professional and well mannered. she even gave them chocolate chip cookies when they were done!
