The staff and owners were so sweet and accommodating, they found the perfect dress for me and it only took 2 tries! I said yes to the dress today and I cannot wait to see the finished product!! I will recommend Elizabeth Lee to any bride that is getting married!!
Annabelle was kind, patient, honest, and very knowledgeable. Annabelle helped guide me to the perfect dress within my budget. I will forever be grateful to her and Wendy. The shop itself is a beautiful hidden gem, but the staff is what I was most impressed by.
I feel so bad for leaving one star because Kayla was wonderful, attentive, helpful, and cared about what I wanted. The owner Wendy, was very pushy and rude. She was very offended that I didn't like the dresses that she was wanting me to like (not at all my style). She started to talk down about the style that I wanted and said, "anyone can make a sheet lace dress that's is why BHLDN is in business".
