Excellent experience with LPH the other day. Their on-call staff including dispatch and their service tech Brett were awesome. Diagnosed my problem quickly and had my furnace up and running in no time.
I can't say enough about the folks at LPH. Rick did some research for us and figured out our 17 year old furnace is still under warranty. Very efficient crew, and they had the problem fixed quickly. I'm super appreciative of all their efforts. And the two techs were very professional. Shout out to Keegan and Kenneth! Thanks!

Had My furnace go down, early on a Sunday morning. After watching toutube videos, trying to diagnose myself, figured it was the ignitor ( NOT A FURNACE GUY AT ALL) LOL. Called LPH, and they gave me the option to buy the part from them. Rick, met me at there location, and gave me the part. After replacing, it was the problem after all. I can say, is I am extremely happy with they're service, and saving me the cash, to not have to have an emergancy call out! Will for sure use there service again!
