We had Sandy R. come and adjust our door, he has such a great attitude and was very personable, he really knows his craft, I would recommend him to anyone that needs overhead door repair. Great experience, with 5 star customer service!!
Leduc Overhead, proudly represented by Sandy, came to our assistance yesterday not only on time, but called ahead to let us know he was enroute. Best part was Sandy referred to me as "my friend" which is a postive step in forming a happy transaction. We now have a balanced, new springs door that will keep us on time into the future! Price was very very good, by the way!! We will definately recommend Leduc to our groups.
Had a problem with snapped garage door cable, Overhead door arranged a morning appointment Sandy arrived within 30 minutes of his call allowing me time to leave work and make the appointment. Sandy was efficient and very knowledgeable, reviewed with me yearly maintenance tips to prevent further issues with door. Sandy replaced the snapped garage door cables and replaced the weather stripping at the bottom of door. Price was excellent and very reasonable. I was able to return to work within a hour.
