I purchased a Kia forte a few weeks ago, sold to me by Anthony, who was a very nice person and was helpful until the car was sold. Would not advise anyone to go here. They short changed me money on paying out my loan after I traded in two vehicles. The Manager avoided my calls and ignored my email and messages!
Unfortunately our experience was bad in terms of financing , we were told that after purchasing a 2 -year additional insurance ( the vechicle wasn’t brand new ) we would be able to get a 70% refund if we won’t use it . But when the time came - they refused to do so , and our bad - it wasn’t written . So , just make sure whatever they will told you - it should be on paper as well , we were counting on those money , and it didn’t happened
I've had my 2020 Tucson serviced at Leduc Hyundai for the past two years, and they previously looked after my Pontiac Sunfire and Buick Verano. The Service Manager and her staff are helpful, knowledgeable and they go the extra mile to look after you. I've never had any problems after any service on any of my cars after visiting Leduc Hyundai. Give them a try.
Scam!!! Service department offer me a loan to pay out the service that they made to my car, so I did application because he told me I will use that credit every time I do a service to them now I need to use it but they told me I need to do another application loan for the new service I asked if the Lend care will run my credit score again ?they said no no credit check but I call Lend care they said I need to make another application for the new service because the amount they was approved last time is already gone .
