Came in today to ask a question about my weight distribution hitch and I get talked to like I'm a child... went up the road to PJ Trailer and they were able to help me out with my issue no problems. *Edit to reply to owner response* I asked if there was anywhere they recommend who can help me out. They had no recommendations for a shop and told me to buy my own tools. They were also happy to tell me if they still had a shop they would have charged me the hourly shop rate to help me out.
