Well I purchased a furnace from Leduc furnace November 2024 they were very quick to come and install but as soon as I paid the bill later that day I have never been able to contact this company again I have asked for warranty info through email which I never received a reply. I had an issue with the furnace intermittently shutting off. I called and had someone here the same day, Ryan was very helpful, explained what the problem was what he was fixing and even showed me that the water was never turned on for the humidity. I highly recommend this company for excellence service and will absolutely call them if I have any further issues down the road and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors
They did a great job just a bit of confusion on the cleanup
Amazing service. Furnace went down, these guys installed a new one within a couple of days at a totally reasonable price. Knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Highly recommend
