Had many good experiences with them, however my daughter’s prescription has changed again and we had to get new lenses which we decided to upgrade to transitions. So we waited until they came in again and brought my 5 year olds frames in. They popped them in and we were on our way, little did we know a few months down the road our daughter would require another check up and there we find out they did the right eye completely wrong and she’s been seeing blurred vision for the past 2 months!! Lens fell out while cleaning older (out of province purchased)glasses. This staff invited me down on Friday afternoon. Maybe 15 minutes passed and glasses were rethreaded. Staff would not accept even a donation to coffee fund. Super grateful and will be sharing my story. Thank you #LeducEyeCentre .
This eyeglass center is great. Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff. Had an adjustment done on my glasses that I didn't buy there and for the first time they fit comfortably. They knew exactly what I was looking for and were able to fix my problem immediately. They also have a lovely selection of frames and are very able to help with a selection of frame that you'll be happy with and that are comfortable. I highly recommend this eyeglass center.
I live in Edmonton and I am not a client at Leduc Eye Center. I work in Leduc and needed a repair on my eyeglasses. They were very helpful and quickly repaired them at no charge. Great staff!!
