Unbelievably rude receptionist. Called to ask for a wait time as a tooth ache took a very severe turn overnight and have unbearable pain that 2 extra strength ibuprofen and 2 extra strength acetaminophen would not help at all ( can hardly move my jaw, constant pulsating pain). I was met with an angry receptionist telling me they are not a dentist ( no kidding) and told to go to a different emergency after I explained to her that there was no dentists open at 2am on a holiday (surprise). The doctor on duty said if it was her kid, she would never bring them to leduc. They have no services, No specialists and in my opinion no doctors willing to doctor and diagnose. It's all about pill pushing in this ER
