I waited for 2 hours yesterday but didn't see a doctor. Today my child is still vomiting and dizzy. The medical staff had a lax and arrogant attitude and told me to wait at least 4 hours. This kind of medical institution gets 0 points.

It seems like its only one doctor looking after the whole hospital by himself ..if I could give a zero star that suits this place perfectly.Worst hospital services ,my 1.5 years son cut his hand and was waiting for 5 hours with his hand bleeding .the system is so bad and un organized as they were not calling in an order. The DOCTOR AND THE NURSE seems to be vey nice people and their treatment was good.the system is totally cooked up. EMS took my family member to Leduc ER and the ER took one quick look then just sent him out in the winter at 4 am, he had then became sicker, spent weeks in ICU at a better hospital due to this stupid hospital causing pneumonia

We have lots of health conditions that run in my family— so we have practically lived at these hospitals. 0 starts for Leduc hospital they always mask everything with meds instead of getting down to the root cause, and they are very ignorant (don’t choose this kind of profession if you’re just going to cause more problems) everytime anyone of my family members has left this hospital it was also unhappy and undealt with! We always have to end up going to University of Alberta hospital so we have completely gave up coming here... read more
