Took my kid to Leduc Emergency. It took 4 1/2 hrs in total:Emergency check in, Registration, Nurse check up, Xray and finally the Doctor. It was all worth it. Dr. Gill walked in and the stress simply evaporated. He was very personable, attentive and asked all the right questions. Encouraged my 13 yr old to take the flu shot, drink lots of liquids, etc. By the time we walked out, she was feeling way better (all without a drop of medication). Went to the ER with a gallbladder attack and the staff was amazing. The wait for answers was a little over the top, but I want to give a huge shout out to Dr. Jacobson who went above and beyond to find me the aftercare/consultation for the next step for my recovery.

The ER department doesnt even deserve a single star.Triaging was so inconsistent and the unit clerk with the cotton candy colored hair was so rude. My partner who was in so much chest/epigastric pain was not even given much attention til he decided to approach 1 of the nurses to give him something for the severe pain. 1 of the nurses told him that they couldnt do nothing about it and told him to wait +++.
