I developed an unknown allergic reaction, and red rashes appeared all over my body. When I went there, I was told that the emergency room is only for serious cases like broken bones or life-threatening conditions, and that I should go to a walk-in clinic the next day instead. I felt dismissed and not taken seriously, even though my symptoms were concerning and affecting my whole body
Im writing this review on behalf of my friend, who spent the night in the hospital. She came in with extreme nausea and abdominal pain and clearly stated all her medical history. It was clear none of her nurses after the first shift read her chart as they were shocked she was so nauseous…. Ya she came in with nausea and was there to be treated for it. My four-year-old got sick, and after waiting three hours, I returned to the nurse to ask how long it would take. Her response was, “Do you want to stay or leave?” It was unbelievable!
Had really bad experience at ER, as expected from AHS were seeing doc is considered free and were patients are kept waiting even if it’s intense pain for hours and hours . When we came at emergency there were only 3 patients in total , in which one patient decided to go back home due to intense pain and tired of waiting .
