This hospital has the worst staff in healthcare. They are combative and argumentative regardless of someone’s priority due to health concerns a possible stroke. They want to make sure and get all the people in that were there ahead of you because you know customer service is a priority in a for profit business model!!!!! Out with all of AHS and its employees. I would like to sincerely thank the entire hospital team for the excellent care they provided to my sister while she was sick. She is currently in Room 2 on the 3rd floor, and the doctors, nurses, and all the other staff members have been absolutely wonderful. Everyone has been kind, professional, caring, and attentive. Knowing that my sister is in such good hands has given me a lot of peace of mind and greatly reduced my stress and worry about her treatment. Today I had an experience at Leduc Hospital's Emergency Department, where I was suffering from severe neck pain. I was truly impressed by the excellent care and responsiveness of the nursing staff, doctors, and even the unsung heroes behind the scenes whose faces and names remain hidden, yet whose actions speak volumes. I wish every staff member in the Emergency Department would remember that I, and every patient, come to the hospital with physical pain and emotional anguish, and that kind treatment heals more than any pill.... read more
