Dr Mbonu has been my Dr for over 5 years. Her & I have a close relationship because I have come to trust her expertise. She is empathetic and knowledgeable and I think she is the best Dr that I have ever had.
I had to wait 3 hours to get stitches removed...takes 20 seconds to do ( paraphrasing ) I bailed after 31/2 hour mark....in triage...with actual people with problems, and no, I can't go somewere elts.
Only experience with this place is the 26 second phone call that the receptionist didn't care to take. Edit - I was able to talk with the receptionist who ended the call with 'kay' and then hung up. Not inclined to call the office again when I didn't receive any help the first time.
My go to clinic when I don't have time to go to my family physician . I have never had an issue. It is clean, staff are friendly, doctors are wonderful and very helpful. I always get in and out very fast.
