I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Ken Smith and his team. After multiple visits elsewhere for the same issue of a cracked and infected nail we finally felt heard. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and genuinely cared about my dog’s comfort and well-being. The entire team was so kind and patient, and they went above and beyond to make a stressful situation feel calm. Being able to stay with Nala while she was sedated meant so much to me. Gotta say staff was kind and professional. However I believe my bill for an office visit and ear infection medication was high. I believe three hundred dollars for an office visit and ear drops is kind of excessive.
I took a family pet there, Dr Groundwater wasn’t very empathetic. Not the place I would go back to.
This is not your normal 5 star review - let me explain...a few weeks ago we had our dog in here for a surgery and everything went well but when we got home we noticed that they missed something important. We called and let them know the mistake they made and they agreed that it was their mistake and the scheduled him in for a complimentary revision. It is okay if people mess up, but not all people have the humility to own up to it and make it right. Very good people at this clinic! And the pup is doing great.
