Ledo Nails lists itself as Black owned. That is false information. I know for a fact Mr. Tran(the owner) is NOT Black American. Based on their reviews, this could possibly negatively affect the image and reputation of actual Black owned businesses.
I hate to that you cannot rate a ZERO! My experience here was horrendous! 1 hour for a pedicure! Wanted a French pedicure only for the nail tech to cut my nails so short, then was advised by another nail Tech there to just paint the entire nail WHITE! This is by far the worst service ever!
I should have listened to the reviews. This was by far one of the worst pedicure experiences I’ve ever had. I asked for a very simple black French tip with regular polish, and somehow that turned into a confusing ordeal. The tech insisted on using gel, even after I repeatedly clarified I wanted regular polish. He actually said, “You think I don’t know?”—yet still used gel. The owners are always so welcoming and they always speak when I come in. They take care of me here. I have been coming here for 10+ years for eye brows, and anytime I need my nails done I come here. I will always choose Ledo Nails & Spa
