Do not rent from this company. I was a tenant for almost 15 years in their apartments in Center Point, AL. I'm physically disabled. They failed Section 8 inspection and reinspection. Not long after I was in the hospital and rehab for 3 weeks. I made sure to keep in contact with management. I was told that I would have to reach out to my case worker to get a resolution for the situation. No. 1 this manager didn't know anything about the failed inspection until I was calling. If I could give negative stars I’d probly give negative 100. I live in one of their properties and I called to file a major complaint and ledic said they’d call back within 24-48 hours. Still nothing. This apartment community is the worst. It’s very unsafe. I can’t even take my garbage to the dumpster which is located at the very end of the complex due to young black guys yelling and saying stuff to me. This company took my money and pretended to run my background for an apartment after my house fire. I paid the first months rent,, security deposit and administration fee... after switching companies for Stonebrook apts in Memphis tn, Ledic now don't want to refund my money...
