I live at merritt place estates for the past 8 years never been late in my rent.. i just neef someone to fix my AC ASAP its south Florida its ALWAYS HOT!!. The manager here does not care about her tenants . I have been trying to call you Corporate office yo get help but nothing.. DOES ANYONE KNOW ANOTHER WAY TO GET CONTACT WITH THEM CORPORATE ????

Have been wanting to speak with a Manger for two weeks and have yet got a call back or anything. I have yet to recieve my refund. What is the problem? But you quick to want your rent? So unprofessional.

Have been trying to reach someone at this company for two days they have changed there website so u can submit a request but no one answers emails or company number that they tell you to call they own a property here in Houston where the managers are rude and unprofessional and doesn’t make sense that you can’t let anyone above them know about the situation bc in actuality they don’t care so be careful where you move to because they hire ppl who don’t actually care they just want their money Update 11/24/2019 I was reached o... read more

Worst management ever. They never fix things and always use lack of adequate staff as an excuse. I wish I could give them no stars. If you are interested in becoming a resident, Beware!!! Please go take your business to an apartment community that APPRECIATES IT'S RESIDENTS. I've lived in my ledic community for over almost 10 years and you only hear from them when the rent is due or when there is an inspection approaching.
