Worst property management company Ive done business with. Shady business practices, hack grade repairs, and flat out negligence.The building needs several repairs which are even within sight of the management office next door. These include crumbling concrete exterior window ***** and steps, electrical, and fire hazards. I had to withhold 4 months rent (they were notified in writing) to fix a fire hazard after a year of waiting. It took four months for them to notice rent wasnt paid, and never responded to my emails.
