It really doesn’t matter what I say because half of these are clearly their friends making reviews but I have been their tenant for 5 years and every year is a struggle to have them do what is right and simply maintain the property. Almost every summer I am forced to get the City Inspection office involved because they refuse to keep up their half of the rental agreement. They purchased 191 Beech St 03103 and evicted every tenant in the building who was caught up on rent the very next day. The basement door is locked and it took 4 days for the hot water to be turned back on in 1 of the units. The property owner kept the gas bill active for 2 months while the tenant had to pay for it resulting in the bill being sent to collection. This "company" is thee absolute worst you could associate with and rent from. True slumlords.
