I moved Dad to Ledgestone assisted living in Oct. 2025. Things were good for months, although there was significant turnover. The executive director left and a new wellness director was hired. That's when the chaos began. As dad declined he started not wanting to go to meals. Instead of encouraging him to go, he received "meals" in his room - cold pizza or a burger in styrofoam. Update: Stay Away!! They cannot keep the elevators working. They refuse to replace even just 1 of the 3 elevators. There are MANY times when all 3 elevators are not working. Many residents are In motorized scooters or walkers, so they cannot navigate the stairs, so they are unable to get to the dining room on the 4th floor and are trapped if there is a fire! Very dangerous and degrading for these elderly people who deserve better. Ownership and government are totally unresponsive, so you just need to stay away. Don’t move in... read more

Understaffed, unresponsive to families of residents. Assisted living care might be good here but the memory care is horrible. There is never enough staff. The schedule is erratic. Many of the care givers don’t speak English. When there are good and competent caregivers, they treat them poorly until they quit or they don’t give them many hours and they have to get a second job. Beautiful community!!! Very welcoming and lovely residents and staff. Their Independent Living community is vibrant and filled with activity and so much joy - live music, good food and friendship. They have a beautiful pool area and all the ameneties you can imagine. Highly recommend!
