My wife and I were hotel guests for a month. The staff was exceptionally helpful. The room service was done well. We used the kitchen facilities in our room a lot. The facilities are well maintained. The on-site laundry facilities (included with the room) were a nice surprise. The location is convenient to shopping, the interstate highway, and downtown Yakima. We would definitely stay here again.
Great room, but god these beds are awful
Our stay here was outstanding. The room, a single queen, was excellent. It truly is like a smaller version of home. The rooms, hallways, and main lobby are all tastefully decorated and furnished. The staff is super friendly and helpful. When we checked in, the person at the main desk was very friendly. One staff member, Bri, was exceptionally helpful in solving a difficult technical problem. Highly recommend. Rooms were immaculately clean and plenty of space. Quiet and comfortable stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Very good room rates, cost effective for families. This is a hidden gem in Yakima Valley! 10/10
I have stayed here many times but last night when I tried to make a reservation, the girl working the front desk, Shae, put me on hold for what seemed like forever. Then I was hung up on and when I called back I was asked to hold again. When said that I had been on hold and hung up on She said "Im the only one doing check in, let me call you back. I never heard back and went to a different hotel. I was a regular customer, but I won't be going back.
