I’ve stayed here twice, once years ago and once just now. Everyone is very friendly, the hospitality is great. The hotel has great views and the waterfalls are beautiful. Unfortunately that’s where the good things I have to say end. It really feels like they’re struggling to keep up with the maintenance of the property. Our room had an immediate important maintenance issue, which the staff did try to remedy but it ran into the next day and was a large inconvenience. Smallest rooms I've ever stayed in, including Europe. Not much service, if you want something to drink it's tap water or bring your own stuff.
