I lived at Ledgecrest apts. Forty nine years ago, at that time the apt. Manager lived in the building with everyone, I had some problems with the neighbors up stairs, making too much noise. I also had a bigger problem with COCKROACHS, they were every where, their favorite place to hang out was my kitchen. In the end I just moved out, By the way, It only took me about 26 months to get my apt. security deposit back, the only way that happened was to write a letter of complaint to the HUD people in Washington D.C.
