Will have you waiting for 40-50 min (counting from check in time). Esmeralda (I think is her name) is a 5/5, really sweet with gentle hands and thorough. Don’t let Sejal Shah in your mouth though because she’s got the hands of a 200lb blue collar man What’s the point of scheduling someone at 10 just to call them at 10:43 because they got tired of waiting for 30 min (not including check in time)
I really like Ledgestone, they are professoinal, they have enough staff that they can schedule patients in quickly. No complaints.
Very attentive staff who explained things well. Willing to answer questions. Worked to reduce patient anxiety.
