WORST dental experience ever. I have been going to this practice for over 5 years (dentists seem to come and go), but the last dentist seen was Dr. Smith. I followed her treatment plan, but had an issue with a product that was not working properly - after 3 failed attempts in less than 9 mos, I requested that the item be re-ordered as it is evident the item is faulty.
