I've had several hearing test during the last 10 years and, by far, the Beltone experience with Rene was the best! Rene thoroughly did an in-depth analysis of my hearing and recommended a viable solution to my hearing difficulties. Their prices were somewhat costly compared to other hearing centers that focuses more on just selling you a pair of hearing aids without adequate follow-up care. However, you pay for what you get! When you go cheap, you get cheap service and a cheap product!
Hampton, VA location still earning top grades after a year of service. Oops, my aides took a brief shower yesterday. The Hampton Beltone office was open and they promptly put my aides in their drying machine. $5,000 aides are working. Responsive and caring staff. Thank you! Try that service at Costco!
