Dr. O'Keefe was a cool dude. My issue was their PT department and the ladies I spoke with a few times while I was there. First off, their rates to have someone count to 30 for you is double of what every other PT place told me. I wasn't aware of this until I was hit with a $600 bill. I asked to settle for an amount of $300 and they never got back to me. Sent it to collections. Collections calls and said $300 is a very fair offer. Dr Fleishman was thorough with explanation, patient and understanding. I was a little cranky from being in pain and after my visit very happy to have optimistic outcome. All Staff were respectful, cheerful and very efficient. Highly recommend !
Michael Fleishman is wonderful. I’ve had two hips replaced by him and recovery was easy and I’m back to normal. He explains your procedure and is available to answer all questions. I wouldn’t have anyone else.
