While I appreciated the prompt scheduling for a new patient visit following an injury, my interaction with the treating physician felt rushed and my pain-related concerns were not adequately addressed. I was not offered any pain relief during the visit and was referred for a CT scan with limited instructions, then to follow up in office to review the results. I have always gotten pretty good service at this place and I do appreciate the medical providers. However, the support staff in the last year has gotten very bad today. They called in the wrong prescription for me and it’s been a hassle for the last two times I’ve tried to get prescription prescriptions filled. They need to add more staff to support their medical team so that they can ensure the best quality of services all the way around

Dr. O'Keefe was a cool dude. My issue was their PT department and the ladies I spoke with a few times while I was there. First off, their rates to have someone count to 30 for you is double of what every other PT place told me. I wasn't aware of this until I was hit with a $600 bill. I asked to settle for an amount of $300 and they never got back to me. Sent it to collections. Collections calls and said $300 is a very fair offer.
