My sore neck feels a lot better! I just finished a session today with Dr. Ashley Lederman and my soreness is gone. Dr Lederman has me doing a number of directed exercises, and today after my session and adjustment, my pain was immediately gone and I feel great! I highly recommend Dr. Ashley Lederman!
I came to Dr. Lederman with immense back pain due to an arthritis flair up. He gave me exercises to do that helped reduce and eventually eliminate the pain before I started with PT. I’d highly recommend reaching out if/when you have pain.
I appreciate the integration of stretches into the a-home care plan, and the careful explanation of everything.
