I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient. The lady who answered the phone was so rude and disrespectful, NOT WELCOMING at all, not sure if her name was Jay, or Tay. Just completely rude, I guess I will be going some where else.

Dr Leder is decent. Sometimes says something he should have kept to himself. Even though I feel like I’ve been coming here for a long while and don’t see a whole lot of improvement but it is what it is. His front desk person is RUDE and needs to have better customer service skills. For real!! Also they need to get with the times and have a system where people can make payments online.
My Doctor, who takes care of my glaucoma, wanted me to get surgery on a macula pucker in my left eye. I saw two specialists and chose Dr. Leder. I’m so very glad I did. His office is immaculate, his staff is professional and kind and Dr. Leder is absolutely amazing!
