Requested an after-hours call to repair my cooling system. Got a prompt response. I discussed the symptoms of the unit with the tech over the phone; he said it was likely the fan motor. When the part came in he replaced it, and it now works again!Received a quick response and timely updates.Highly recommend.

This company sent 3 different technicians to my house to repair my air conditioner. None of them could repair it. They wanted to charge an outrageous price for a repair that would not have fixed it. Not professional or knowledgeable at all. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO REPAIR HVAC SYSTEM.

In response to your concerns, we sent 2 different techs out. Depending on scheduling and other factors; we may not dispatch the same technician. Sometimes this is helpful as another set of eyes may catch something that could have possibly been missed.
