Betty Dong Gee Jennifer is very professional and an experienced audiologist. She explained what to expect in my hearing test and the different types of hearing aids my health insurance would provide. She was very patient, kind and took the time to answer my questions as well as programming and adjusted my hearing aids. I highly recommend Jennifer's excellent care and service.
I was so impressed “I had a wonderful experience. The audiologist was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made my mother feel comfortable throughout the appointment. She truly cared about finding the best solution for her hearing needs. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate and professional hearing care
