My new lighting was absolutely amazing, and my new thermostat works great. My Bill has been better. I thank Led Lowcountry for a great job.
We are extremely disappointed with your technician Jose cantu from this company, he is very irresponsible. Since 4 day ago he has been deceiving us by saying that he will come to our studio to solve the problem and he has not come and he no longer answers our phone calls. I have had to close my establishment for 4 days. I am out of work because the AC is not working. I need the problem to be resolved urgently because I am being financially harmed by his irresponsibility.
The lights look great! If and when I need to change them it looks extremely easy to do and how can you beat a 5-year warranty. The installation was fast and the two gentlemen who installed them were accommodating to our needs. They were patient and professional (even funny).
They were contracted by Dominion to provide my small business with an HVAC improvement. I appreciate the program, but felt like the execution was gimmicky. A thorough HVAC inspection was promised, but ultimately only the thermostats were swapped out and I was upcharged for extra products that weren't necessary. Let's practice transparency next time when one small business is serving another.
LED Lowcountry replaced quite a few fixtures and bulbs in our church's facilities. The new lighting is brighter and more energy efficient. We are grateful for the work they did.
