Unbelievable service or lack thereof that we received when visiting this business for LED strip light replacement. Please don’t put your socially inept grown man of a son in charge of your business, if he is incapable of dealing with it. He was nice enough at the beginning, we thanked him continually for showing us all the lighting options, but then had a complete meltdown and came back out of the storage room, saying he decided not to do the sale. What a wonderful responsive business. I called in a panic because my lights in my commercial business were not working properly and told them I needed the new system installed so my client Saturday was able to use them. The met with me the next day and installed the system the next day. Thank you, Frank, for the wonderful service and leaving my venue clean upon your exit as well.
