I have been to 5 or 6 sleep centers and none compare to Parkwest.  Daniel, Charlotte, Gwen Crenshaw, Dr Alsharif and more are the friendliest and most helpful medical staff that I have encountered. The entire group deserves a 10!  I highly recommend this Sleep Center.

On April 9, Dr. Matthew Bridges performed an upper and lower endoscopy with intervention. This was an outpatient procedure. It was a total breeze for me. Dr. Bridges was so nice. He is down to earth and not in a hurry. The nurses, mainly Suzy, Crystal, Kriston and Jerry were top notch and really worked hard to make me comfortable. My wife, our precious angelic special needs son and I, are new to the Morristown area, and thus far, have found everyone we've interacted with, to be extremely polite, nice and neighborly. Place is a waste of time. The DR`s are rude & self - centered The wait time is outrageous. It takes hours to do anything. They do not care about you at all. When you finally see a DR at least the 1 I saw - he tells me he cannot help me. But would be happy to examine me & give me pain meds - really?? No thanks. I left without being discharged. The DR told I could not do that - I told him just watch me - I walked out. What a waste of time. Do not go here if you need help, they will do nothing.

Had an emergency G.I. issue in the hospital and met Dr. Sarbah and was very impressed. Called about a year later to make an appointment and the girl said it would be seven months before I could see him. The day I went in for my appointment I was told I wasn't on the schedule, not anywhere. Said it would be three months before he could see me. Rescheduled and one week before that appointment they called me to tell me he would not be in the office that day, would not tell me why, and told me it would be one more months before... read more

I would not recommend going to this. Medical center. Rude staff ⚕️ unorganized. And the wait time is unreal. This place is a joke. Go elsewhere for medical treatment. Because you won't get help here . What you will get is to sit in the waiting room for over 3or more hours. To constantly be told we don't have any rooms . Oh then once you get to a room. You have more waiting and waiting . It's a horrible place to have to go to leconte medical center . Is the worst. Facility I have ever visited seeking medical help... read more
