Went in for an appointment for 8:45, arrived at least 3 minutes before my appointment. Witnessed 4 people get seen as an entire hour went by and when I asked the receptionist if she knew I was just there for labs she had me scheduled for a check up which was incorrect and made me pay my copay without seeing the doctor. You would think small town clinics would be hospitable but this place is colder than the Arctic with the bedside manner to match. It’s really just sad.. I am writing to formally express my deep frustration with how my daughter’s care has been handled. From the beginning, this entire process has been a nightmare. It started with repeated failures from the front desk staff to schedule her evaluation in a timely manner. I was constantly left without information about which doctor she was being referred to, and follow-ups were either ignored or mishandled. Horrible experience. I took my daughter for a cyst on her overy. She asked me to step out of the room after getting my minor daughter's urinalysis results. I didn't want to but did as asked. She then told my daughter she had an STI and afterwards allowed me to return. After privately telling my daughter this she did not inform me. Not only did she reveal important information to a minor without a parent or guardian present, she also asked my daughter if she felt safe in her hom.
