Joe immediately reached out to me after receiving my request for a quote online. We texted about the specifics, and he was able to send a crew to my house the following morning for simple landscaping at a reasonable price. The crew is going to return this weekend to finish the more detailed work. I am pleased so far with the communication, rate, quality of work, and timeliness!
We hired Joe back in April and we were very happy with service. At the time, I did give Joe a 5 star rating. However, after a few weeks, Joe had some lawn mower issues and did not show up to mow our lawn, as planned, and sadly this happened a few times. Joe and his crew did a great job when they were here, but unfortunately they were not very reliable. Joe, I wish you all the best with your business. Thank you.
