Lechon Las Vegas recently catered our church event for a fun raising. Brought 3 large Lechon!!! In just a few hours, the 3 large Lechon sold out!!! Everyone commented it was the best lechon. The overall look of the whole pig was very inviting & my taste buds couldn’t wait to the full decadent experience. Its skin was crisped up beautifully into a glossy golden brown glow, easily shattered & crackled when cut/broken. The layers of meat & fat have the delicate texture of tenderness & succulently juicy. A rich, savory meat which has a melt-in-your mouth feel from its long, slow roasting, cooked to perfection process. Truly a sumptuous Filipino dish and a decadent piece of outstanding work!
