If i could rate them a zero i would. Dr Richard Lechner ripped out an ADULT molar instead of a simple baby tooth. He refused to apologize, continued to tell me i was wrong once questioned. I spent hours in the chair sobbing because he told me “you cannot feel it, i know you cant” He completely stopped giving me novocaine after i expressed I could feel every bit of it.
