There is nothing particular about this apartment that will impede your decision to become a tenant(good amenities, spacious bedroom included); however, I spoke with the leasing agent about my refund status when I decide to move out, they deducted amount for bathroom cleaning fee of $100 even I have cleaned it; before we moved out, he made a pre-inspection, and he said: "typically I won't try to scroll people up", but apparently that is not what they are trying to do, unfortunately the people who work at Lechase manor will fi... read more

This was the very first apartment I ever had. Granted it was another lifetime ago that I lived there, but I found it to be quite pleasant. I was on the first floor, the laundry was right outside of my apartment. It was quiet and safe. I truly enjoyed it.
