I had my 30kWh battery installed by LECA, in Cardiff nsw and it’s been performing very well so far. There was a minor commissioning and registration issue with the Growatt battery and inverter at first, but LECA and their subcontractor were proactive and stayed in regular contact. The issue was resolved within a few days, and overall, I’m very satisfied with both the installation and the service provided.

Be very very careful with this company. Silver tongue but rarely does what they say they will. I've installed multiple jobs for this company as a subcontractor and almost every time they blatantly lie about when they will pay you. They use the Blink STC platfrom which has a policy of payment to the subcontractors withing 7 days of providing the certificate of electrical safety, and Blink themselves direct debit the retailer(this sales company), but unfortunately LECA defualt on payment every single time, they ensure they don... read more

I purchased a growatt battery dc inverter in June deposit. Installed 19.8.25 changed system, didn't install contracted equipment. Virtually no support, haven't paid the installer and refused to answer emails for a month now acknowledging the issue. I'm having to go to clean energy council and start process of dealing with them. They sounded good on phone but email zero. Don't engage them. Beware!
