Luke and his team just recently completed a complete renovation for us in Brecksville, OH. His care and attention to detail are superior. Completed tasks included: renovation of kitchen, three bathrooms, finishing basement, removing walls to open up floor plan, addition of first floor laundry, electrical upgrades, installation of LVT (in basement), laminate (main floor), and refinishing original wood floors (in bedrooms).

Excellent craftsmanship, on-time and on budget! L.E.C. Construction executed our vision in turning our 25-year old ranch home into the space we have dreamed about for a number of years. Luke and his team have done several remodeling projects for clients of mine, as well as in my own home. I know that when Luke is in charge of a project, it will not only be done to the highest standard, but within a reasonable amount of time, and my clients won’t be nickle and dimed.
