Calling us on a Sunday afternoon and telling us our eye exams are cancelled the day before our eye appointments on Monday, when both of us took the day off for this. Then says they will call when they can set up an appointment. Waited over 2 months for these appointments. We will be going elsewhere. At least call us during business hours so we can make other arrangements.
Unprofessional. Calling from a private number on a Sunday to cancel our appointments for Monday?! We work and had to request the day off. And we made these appointments almost 2 months ago. Will never go back. Will tell everyone we know how shady they are
