The experience I encountered this evening with Dr. Lebouitz was less than desirable and absolutely unprofessional. Matters that are beside the point and frankly unimportant when it comes to one's child would include the hour wait time with an additional thirty minute in-room wait time that I experienced with my four year old child. But the issue at hand is the way that Dr. Lebouitz conducted himself in the presence of a four year old child.
OMG the phone is ALWAYS busy. No one answers. God help you if you really need them you are just a 911 call away. This is an amazingly horrible situation. I have my meds already through them but I cannot reach them to reschedule or to schedule and I have been trying for a MONTH. I have tried both the Hanover line and the York line. No answering service. No message. Just a freaking busy signal. WHO IN THE HELL CAME UP WITH THIS????
I called to make an appointment but the staff member on the other end was so rude that I'm canceling it!
Didn't like the staff at either York or Hanover locations. More interested in selling you their own stuff then helping you with the problem. I switched to another practice.
Horrible – This man is arrogant, egotistical and only interested in selling you his own skin care line. He will continue to treat you with no results. Don't dare question him or complain that he is running an hour late or he will refuse to treat you. He is compulsive and says a patient's name about 3-5 times in a row and stands across the room from you without even touching to make a diagnosis. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with a caring dermatologist.
