Fairly new, but... Parking is an issue. Snow removal is horrible. The spaces are small and there are not enough. Multiple tennants ate allowed to keep broken down cars in the parking lot that have flat tires and never move. HVAC units are wall mounts and have gaps and cracks to the outside. Water and cold air leaks and causes mold and paint peels. Very open floor plan but little to no storage at all. Had a major ant problem in the walls when we moved in.
