Saw her for years and let many things slide. Jill is very money oriented/driven; careful, she'll send you home for your wallet if you forget it. I witnessed many unprofessional behaviors including the way she treats her interns/staff, reprimanding them infront of clients even. Don't ask for a treatment plan or exit plan.....that's when all thunder breaks loose. Sessions with Jill are simply a time for you and her to "catch up" while she gets paid. I've already started to recommend them to everyone I know. They made a huge impact in my life. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I have seen Dr. LeBlond for many years (always on time and never cancells) and she doesn't have a staff so I'm not sure what the other person is referring to probably a disgruntled sex offender (as I believe she does sex offender evals on the side). Don't let such an idiot persuade you from excellent therapy!
There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. It was difficult to find parking at their office. I had to look for a while and was almost late for my appointment. They didn't treat their staff well at all. They were very rude and demanding and I could tell the staff was miserable.
