I absolutely love Leblanc’s Auto Title Co. This is my go to place for driver’s license renewal and title needs. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The service fees are reasonable. Plenty of parking so you can pull right up to the building.
Close at 5pm but have to get there at 3:45pm on Friday's in order to get drivers license…. Whats the point of “closing” at 5pm. Might as well close at 3:45.
I was able to visit Leblanc’s Auto title on 8/15. My need was simple, so I thought it was, but quickly turned complexed! Shantell guided me from the call of directions up until I made payment of completion of services. Her kindness on that that (still 4 days later) has me in complete shock of customer service at it’s best! Shantell and crew you guys ROCK, and I will be back for services in the future. This office is very busy from bell to bell, they handle the flow of customers flawlessly. Even when I was being a smarty pants, they were working on my issues before I could finish my “joke”. The young lady that helped me was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend using this service instead of the DMV.
