Marvin reached out saying he could give me an absolute low interest and better fees of what other companies were offering. He made an appointment then skipped out of it and said he will give me a call of which he never! He completely wasted my time and kept wating my time, I asked for another rep buy he ignored me. They should of named this company veterans last because that is how they treat there veterans.

Ryan was very helpful and dedicated to ensuring my refinance went smoothly, even though we ran into an issue with HUD. He kept me informed every step of the process, as well as his assistant Aylah.
