They’re contracted with my apartment to work on our AC unit but LeBlanc sent a third party contractor and they didn’t fix the issue. Leblanc was supposed to order the control board part but never showed up to install it and my apartment manager says Leblanc is not returning calls to come fix the issue. Thank god for this company. My main air-conditioning system and floral cooler stopped working. I wasn’t sure who to call for both AC and a floral cooler. I went on google and found this company. The first company I tried, told me my coolers were old and I should just get a new ones. Called Leblanc and they came over and fixed both on same day. This literally saved my flowers & team for a huge event I had. Cant thank them enough. Try them and thank me later.
We’ve been working with Leblanc Mechanical, Matt, Nick, Randy and their team for close to 20 years. I just replaced a furnace and their team was efficient, super neat and professional!
These people are impossible to work with and I would not recommend them to anybody. I reached out to LeBlanc because my A/C isn't working. First they tried to push out my scheduled appointment by a week, claiming that they were dealing with a lot of "no A/C" calls and needed to reschedule routine maintenance calls.
