Lauren was an amazing sales person. She listened to our concerns, continuously communicated with us over the internet and phone, and was willing to work with us and in every way. The finance manager was fully prepared when we arrived to sign papers. He offered us options but did not pressure us. At the end of the day we got the deal we wanted and the car with all the options we wanted.
